The Tratt, as it is affectionately known, was founded by Evan Glusman and Charlie Skinner, brothers who were raised in a 35-year-old family restaurant tradition. What originally started out as a casual lunch and dinner spot, is now an award winning restaurant with pizza so good, it's becoming famous all by itself.
