PARNELL & ASSOCIATES is a litigation oriented law firm with an emphasis on personal injury, product liability, premise liability and construction defect litigation. Rick Parnell is also available to handle private mediations and arbitrations. The firm was established in 1985. The firm began doing primarily insurance defense litigation. Over the years, the firm has begun doing more work directly for Product Manufacturers and Distributors, Residential Management companies, and other business entities who have the ability to select their own defense counsel. Additionally, since the firm represents fewer insurance companies than in the past, we have begun accepting representation of plaintiffs on a selective basis.
