| Our target property owner for leasing and/or management services is the institutional or entrepreneurial investor with office, retail or industrial properties in the 10,000 to 80,000 square foot range. We have targeted those properties because we feel that they are below the typical threshold for the large, national management and brokerage firms due to the fee structures they require to pay the overhead of their large enterprises. Being a small firm with limited overhead, we are able to perform comparable services at reduced fees. Further, we are able to focus more clearly on the issues associated with your properties, whether they are leasing or facilities in nature, because of the relatively small size of our portfolio. |
