Freed's has over 25 employees including two head cake designers to make sure that your cake is perfect from the intricate details all the way to delivery and display. Lori has been with Freed's for 25 years and Christy for 22 years. Because Freed's has seven full time cake designers we can produce a cake with as little as 3-4 hours notice. All of our cakes are baked fresh and are never frozen. Freeds Bakery of Las Vegas has been baking cakes for over 44 years in the Las Vegas area. Freed's is family-owned and we already have third generation family members working for the success of our bakery.
