He owned an agency that sold Property & Casualty, and Life Insurance as well as offered fee-based financial planning. In 1990 he began to specialize in the Voluntary Payroll Deduction business, realizing the need for professional and quality service in the worksite market place. EBC, Inc. is a licensed Third Party Administrator that provides their clients with all service, administration, billing, and claims processing - in house thus reducing the workload normally attributed when implementing such programs.
