| Cerama-Tech is an Energy Star Partner and classified as a radiant control coating . When this coating is applied to exterior walls, it creates a barrier deflecting the sun’s heat from entering. The benefit is lower internal temperatures thereby significantly reducing power consumption, which equates to lower energy costs. It also extends the life cycle of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment since it is not activated as often. This is an environmental friendly product with very low Volatile Organic Compounds (V.O.C.). Another feature of this product is its certification as a fire retardant ; a one-process application that includes architectural color constraints. And finally, it has a very long life span. |
