| Arlene F. Damele, native of the San Francisco Bay Area and President of Bay Area Biscotti Company, started her wholesale company in January of 1992 armed with only an ancient family cookie recipe. Six months later, bolstered by a large account in Nevada, the Bay Area Biscotti Company relocated to Las Vegas with the acquisition of a local bakery.Bay Area Biscotti Company was also featured in the December 1998 and 2001 issue of Nevada Magazine, for products made in Nevada. Future plans for the Bay Area Biscotti Company include attending more trade shows to increase national awareness of our fine products. We are active participants with Taste of the Nation, The American Cancer Society and a member of American Culinary Federation, Las Vegas, NASFT, NAWBO, and WIC |
